Faith To Forgive

ree

Hebrews 11:6 says, But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Many are quick to announce that they believe in Jesus, but the question is, do you trust him? Often times the statement is made to let people know that you don't have to witness to me, I already know him. But today's blog is about not just knowing who he is but following Him and trusting Him.

In this hour every level of relationship is under a strain and put to the test because of unforgiveness, but for the followers of Christ it ought not to be so, because Christians walk by faith, and that faith should produce forgiveness. When we confess to accepting the Lord as our Savior, we confess to trusting him with our whole heart, all of our concerns, our needs and even our hurts, and so on. But many draw the line at trusting him to handle our problems, our trials, and especially that person that done us wrong. Faith is more than just believing, it's having the confidence that God can handle whatever and whoever is a concern to us, from your everyday needs to your everyday enemies. In order to keep us focused on faith, Romans 12:19 says, Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. Knowing that God has our concerns under control, we can stop carrying unnecessary baggage of hurt and unforgiveness around, focus on having true faith in God so that we can forgive and be healed.

What do you think would happen if every believer would truly begin forgiving one another, and encouraging others to do the same? Feel free to comment below.

I love the topic faith to forgive , it all comes down to a decision of whether I'm walking in the faith I'm confessing or do I walk in my feelings . no doubt our action will determine who we truly believe and follow , whether it is the will of GOD or our fleshly, earthly mind. GOD bless you for blog
